Pastry Chef Camp

April 5 – 9, 2021
9am – 12pm
Campers will learn the basics of pastry/baking skills and confectionery techniques from Chef LaToya Gamble. Each day of this spring break camp, young chefs will focus on a different dessert. At the end of camp, a family member can come and celebrate the young chef’s achievements.

Pastry Chef Camp (On-Line)

April 5 – 9, 2021
1 – 2pm
The same as the in-person camp, except you can work out of your own kitchen! You need access to the internet and a phone, tablet or computer with a webcam. You will receive instructions about picking-up your camper’s kit, including cooking tools and a list of ingredients, at registration. Campers will be emailed a link with details for joining the camp.

Creative Clay Camp

April 5– 9, 2020
9 – 12pm
For the budding clay artist. Hand-building
skills like preparing the clay, slab building, coiling and the wheel will be explored before we glaze and fire our masterpieces to share with family and friends.

Spring Break Camp: Disney’s Winnie the Pooh

April 5– 10, 2021
1 – 4pm
Campers will learn dances, songs, lines and blocking, create simple costumes and sets and take part in fun theatre exercises. Class will present a 30-minute production of Winnie the Pooh, Saturday, April 10, at 7pm. Tickets: $5.
Ages: 5 – 12
