Carrollton Artist Guild

Founded in 2002 at the suggestion of artists, Tom and Jan Nielsen, the Carrollton Artist Guild now meets the second Tuesday of each month, beginning at 6:30pm at the Carrollton Center for the Arts. The Artist Guild is responsible for the annual Arts Festival of Carrollton and many gallery shows, workshops and artist demonstrations in a variety of locations around the community. The guild allows student artists to join when accompanied by adults. Otherwise, artists need to be 18 to participate.
Annual membership fees: $20 Student, $30 Individual, $45 Family.

Carroll Symphony Orchestra

The Carroll Symphony Orchestra has created an alliance with the Carrollton Center for the Arts. The Carroll Symphony Orchestra started in October 2002. The Symphony is conducted by Terry Lowry and overseen by a Board of Directors. The organization also houses several other programs including the Carroll County Wind Ensemble, and newly formed Carrollton Jazz Orchestra, & Carroll Symphony Orchestra Music Academy. Carroll County Community Chorus

The Carroll County Community Chorus was organized in the fall of 1979 and is open to anyone at least 18 years old that loves to sing. The group presents two concerts a year and interested singers can join at the beginning of each season. Chorus conductor is Jack Gantt and accompanist is Jan Adams. No auditions are required to join. Members must provide their own performance dress.

Participation Fee: $20
Performance Dates: April 3 at 7:30pm & April 4 at 4pm

Must join by January 20, 2020, to be in the spring concert, Bring Me Back to Carrollton.

Carrollton Writers Guild

Carrollton Writers Guild is a diverse group of writers, ages 18 and older, of all genres and levels of skill and accomplishment whose mission is to encourage and support all forms of written expression.
